Men’s Figure Skating – Conclusion
No, Plushenko lost to Lysacek! D: The world has gone mad.
But still, I’d watch Plushenko skate over Lysacek any day.
Musunde Hiraite – Chapter 2
Wow, two posts in one day. I’m on a roll.
This is the story I’ve been looking forward to most, actually – I just really liked Akechi’s character from the beginning. You won’t be disappointed in his story, and if you are, then I will be sad. Because Akechi is adorable.

On a side note, I laughed my ass off when the Olympic cauldron screwed up – GG, Canada. And did you know that the singer who sang “Hallelujah”, k.d. lang, is actually a woman? Completely blew my mind.
2010 Winter Olympics – START!
Eek, I’m so excited.
I’ve been waiting for years, seriously. I remember watching the Canada Line and Richmond Oval being built, and I remember wondering what the heck our Olympic mascots are (I still wonder, but I’ve learned to accept it now).
The opening ceremony’s going to start in 25 minutes – who’s watching?
Good luck to all the athletes, but of course, I’m rootin’ for Canada (and HK!)… with exception of Plushenko, who just HAS to win gold (sorry, Patrick).
Let’s go, Olympics! ♠
Hibiki’s Magic – Chapter 2
New update – Hibiki somehow winds up at the Kamisaid, a prestigious magic school, doing what? Teaching magic, of all things!

3 more days until the Winter Olympics! Since the host city’s my home city, seeing the Olympic-ness all over the streets is getting me pretty hyped up. Going to go watch the torchbearers later – should be fun!
Musunde Hiraite – Chapter 1
I just really liked the drawings in this story. It’s pretty cute and funny – a guy in first year named Furuya Hiro is hopelessly in love with his seemingly perfect senpai, but he later finds out that she’s not as perfect as she seems.
I’m crummy at writing summaries, but whatever. Download link is below:

I find that I translate a lot faster at exciting parts for some reason – it’s probably because I’m interested in what happens next, so I work quicker as a result.
Oh, and what does “Musunde Hiraite” mean? Good question: I think it means “Close Hands, Open Hands”, but I could be wrong. If anyone has another translation for the title, let me know.
